Car rental terms
Основные правила аренды авто в CaRental. Полные условия фиксируются в договоре при получении автомобиля.
1. Renter requirements
The renter must be at least 21 years old (for some classes — 23 or 25). A valid driver license with at least 1 year of driving experience is required. Foreign licenses are accepted together with an international permit, if applicable.
2. Payment
Rental payment is made in advance (online) or when receiving the car — by card or cash. Prepayment for the entire period or a deposit with final settlement is possible.
Deposit
No deposit is required for most cars. For premium class rentals a refundable deposit may be held — it is returned after checking the car condition on return.
Insurance included
All cars are insured: basic insurance is included in the price. Extended insurance (CDW) with zero deductible is available — check when booking.
5. Liability
The renter is responsible for traffic fines, parking and damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. In case of an accident, a protocol must be drawn up and we must be notified within 24 hours.
6. Fuel policy
The car is issued with a full tank — it must be returned with the same fuel level. Otherwise the missing fuel is paid at the market price.
Choose a car
Return the car on the agreed date, time and place (airport, office or city address). If you are more than an hour late, a fee for additional days is charged.
